Bixby and Google assistant not working

Hey guys. So my Bixby and Google assistant isn't working when I say hi Bixby or ok Google. I went to the Bixby settings and when I go to the voice wake up option my phone freezes for 5 seconds then the error report come up and says the app stopped working restart. I press restart then it says app keeps crashing and gives me he option to close it. My phone is all up to date as far as I can tell.

Have you tried clearing all Bixby cache?
This is always my first go to and usually works.

yup clear your cache, restart your phone, and check your bixby wake up sensitivity.

how do u clear the cache? the sensitivity is on high
