I also have the same issue after today's update. It's happened since the last big update on Bixby. Resorted to using Edge in the meantime. Not ideal since my fingers freeze in the cold.
I'm having the same problem with Bixby. Bixby could do it all before the update so I think that with the update the context portion of Bixby was lost and now Samsung has to find out why context awareness was lost and how to reintroduce it without messing up the new commands that the update introduced. I'm a strong believer in working with Bixby through out all of it's problems because with each update (not including the most recent) I have seen an improvement.
