Galaxy NoteHi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Make sure the Bluetooth device is within the range and in the pairing mode.
Go to Settings >> Connections >> Phone visibility >> Activate it. When connecting it, make sure the devices are within 5-10 feet of each other to get a better experience.
Perform clear cache and clear data for the Bluetooth.
Go to settings>> Apps>> Bluetooth>> Storage>> Clear cache and clear data.
Important: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
If the issue still persists then you can Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings>> General Management>>Reset>>Reset Network Settings>>Reset settings.
This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth.
Restart the phone if necessary and check if it works.
