Call & Text on other devices

Hello, i want to know how and why i have a notification of:

Syncing... call & text on other devices.

Please let me know ASAP Thank you.

Please go to Settings--> Advanced features and check if Call & Text on other devices is enabled. this feature allows call & text on your other Samsung devices.
