When going in to adjust the notification sound it is set to 'sticky' by default.  I changed it to silent, backed out, but it remains set to the old value.  I think it is too sticky.  This is on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

Hi CrazyNatey, try change from Calendar.

Open Calendar -> Click 3 bars on top left, then gear icon top right -> Alert style -> Ring once sound

Click sound to silent

Test again if it change back to sticky or not.

My Calendar no switch back. I am using N20U as well.

Thanks Tallman.

Hi CrazyNatey, Please perform clear cache and data for the Calendar app. Make sure you backup your data before performing this.

Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.

Thank you for the suggestions Keagan.

I attempted to clear cache and data and this issue persists.

Hi CrazyNatey, Please use the link to generate the error report from Samsung Members app so that our team can review the Log Files and will get back to you.

In step 5, please select "Application" category.

In step 6, Please check "send the system log data".

Hello Keagan,

I will do this shortly.  Some more info, this only happens when trying to change the sound to silent.  If I change it to another sound, for example, 'Beep Once', then it works.  However if I then go in and try to change 'Beep Once' to 'Silent' then it resets to 'Sticky'.
