chat update

Hey everyone. Is anyone else have this chat update but when they press start they get registration failed? I've had it for month and starting to get annoyed now.

I am with telus and I was using chat earlier this morning to my son and husband. We all have samsung phones. Then all of a sudden chat stopped working and all messages go as a text message now
