Equalizer not working after the oneui 4/android12 update

The equalizer has stopped working after the oneui4 update on my Note20Ultra 5G. It is not working in the native samsung music app and other 3rd party apps like spotify. 

Is anyone else having this issue?

Samsung please fix this.

I upgraded my Note 20 Ultra, my equalizer works well. However, I did factory reset for my phone.

2 things you can try:

1. Go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Music → Storage

Click clear data and clear cache
* You may need to set your music preference again.

2. If above suggestion not working, try go to recovery mode and wipe cache partition.

- Power off your phone
- Press and hold vol up and power key until you are in recovery mode
- use vol up and down to navigate
- select Wipe Cache Partotion
- press power key to confirm
- click yes
- click reboot system

See if equalizer works or not.
