Has anyone had issues with ppl getting the text messages there sending ppl I can receive but they don't get mine 
I've switch sim card and I've also check the card in another phone same issue any thoughts if anyone else has had this

Is this a temporary problem - If so it could just be a Network issue.. If it's ongoing there's a A couple of things to try - Reset your Network Settings (since you have already tried using a different SIM) & If the issue persists - Contact your Carrier & if all else fails - Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

it's not the phone as I put the new chip in the note 9 and ppl didn't receive my text message so wouldn't be any point to a factory reset if it didn't work on another I'm thinking it's a carrier issue and wondering if anyone else has had it

I've reset my network on my phone and my carrier did earlier but same result

I had the same issue back in December.... between Roger's and Fido. Problem was a network issue that been solved by itself after a few days.

Probably related to the new SMS 'RCS' feature that Google is currently deploying across all Android users. Some instability might occurs.

Don't think so - I'm with Rogers (Fido's parent company) & I've never had any issues with SMS /MMS / RCS on my S9+or S10+ using Android Messages & now Samsung Messages - Sounds to me like his issue is either a temporary Network issue or a Software / Hardware issue 🐧

with your own device, probably.... my grand son is with ChatR... a Roger's subdivision like Fido... and I am with Roger's .... and between him and I we had a few issues back in december that has been solved over time.... this is not because RCS works on your device that the network is working properly.... network switching issue might occurs... even in the same company family.... like Rogers and it's subdivision entities. But I doubt that it is related to the device itself.

I've put my sim card in my old note 9 not sms gets received put it in my note 10 plus no message received
that's with a new sim card too
and fido reset my network few times now same result
