fido note 10+ sms issue

Has anyone had issues with ppl getting the text messages there sending ppl I can receive but they don't get mine 

I've switch sim card and I've also check the card in another phone same issue any thoughts if anyone else has had this

I'm hoping tonight after 12am the android 10 fixes this otherwise phones going back

I don't think it's the phone. Sounds more like a network issue. Especially if it's occurring with 2 different phones on the same SIM. You can call the carrier and maybe see if messages are being filtered. They should be able to check if the message is actually being sent as well.
