What exactly is new in this update? Well...

Camera picture quality has been improved.
 - Brightness of faces in backlit conditions has been improved.
 - Day/Night HDR control accuracy has been improved
. - Low light brightness and SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) has been improved.

Security patch is October 2018.

I didn't notice any changes in camera. It as was garbage, as is staying garbage.
