Galaxy NoteHi Bogdan146, When you use features or apps that require more power or use them for extended periods, your device may temporarily heat up due to increased battery consumption. Also, your device may heat up due to the exterior environment conditions(i.e. using for extended periods in very hot areas, storing device in very cold or very hot temperatures, exposure of device to direct sunlight. Etc)

Galaxy Notewipe the cache partition first 🤷
If that don't help...
Backup with smartswitch and/or cloud and then factory reset 🤙✌️
Keep in mind as @Valeriya mentioned...
Using your device for extended periods of time will cause your device to heat up, especially if you have a case/cover on it 😬
Also it could be an issue with whatever app your using 🤷

Galaxy NoteI don't know Pokemon game but you could try to see if you can put a lower screen resolution in the
Pokemon game settings..
If you already did a back-up and a Factory Reset, wipe cache partition won't help...but if you want to try it...
Wipe cache partition
Below are the steps to wipe the cache partition of the Note 20 series. -
First, Turn off the device. -
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key. - When the Samsung logo displays, release both the keys. - An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. -
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition. -
Then, press the Power key to select. -
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select. - When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted. -
Press the Power key to restart the device
