Hi sonia7777, If your Galaxy Fit fails to do a software upgrade, an exclamation mark will be displayed on your Galaxy Fit’s screen. Please retry to update the software on connected mobile device via Galaxy Wearable application. Log on to your Galaxy Wearable app and try updating the software again.
Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't have information about changing CSC. We request you to contact the carrier of the region you want to change in the device.
