icon Id needed

Attached is a screen shot with a circle around an icon. Does anyone know what this is? It does not appear in the drop down (or drag down) list and my service provider has never seen it before.

I would love to know what it is!

I believe that icon is to indicate power saving mode is enabled ...

thanks for the suggestion but I just changed from medium power saving to off, did a restart and the icon is still there.

Thank you! Turned off data saver and the icon is gone! Appreciate your help!
