If that don't help, try to backup with smartswitch if you can then do a factory reset 🤷

Galaxy NoteDepending how much you need saved I would backup to the Samsung cloud through phone settings/accounts backup. If that's not enough space you should try smartswitch and backup small pieces at a time. Once your backed up, factory reset that B!
