Loyal customer of Samsung but now no more

Dear Sir , 
 
I Parvej Mantrri , Sad owner of Samsung Note 9 wants to bring to your notice that I have been a fan of the note series till the note 4 and after that Samsung hasn’t launched anything worth buying in the note series till now when I felt that Samsung note 9 is a sensible buy although felt it was expensive but yet I sold off my apple phone to get the Samsung note 9 . 
 
I bought this phone in last year May 2018 paying up from my hard earned money and it felt so good buying this amazing copper color and so far it was a great feeling to use this phone . I have always used the best covers & cases which are strong and expensive for the phone to keep it protected and safe .
 
But I woke up today morning to see a disturbing sight of my phone and woke up to see a display with faded colors on the screen . There hasn’t been any fault of mine and Zero contribution to this thing .  Am not understanding why can’t Samsung make more long lasting displays . When I called at the service centre , they said I will have to change the display at my cost and they were saying that this is very normal to happen 😳 ... 
 
If I have to change the display which is hell expensive I will sell this piece and never ever buy the Samsung and not even recommend . 
 
I am pleading to do something about this case and being a loyal buyer of Samsung , I want you’ll to help me with this issue . My money is hard earned and I cannot do this at my cost without a fault of mine . 
 
I am hopeful that Samsung as a company which is reputed and known for customer service will help me sort this out at your end . I am hoping to hear back from you’ll soon . Awaiting your response as I will not be able to get a spare phone and need to sort this asap .

1. I wouldn't leave your info here if i were you, Samsung Members at least already has your email on file so they can contact you either through this post or via email. Leaving your contact info leaves you exposed to spam/trolling.

2. This should be posted in the community forum and not gallery.

3. I don't think there's much they can do to be honest as you're out of the 1 year manufacturer's warranty which is most likely why they won't replace it and not cause they simply don't take responsibility for it.

4. I've never had an issue with colours fading so I'm not sure if there is a potential software fix for it or if it is entirely hardware but again, post this in "community" rather than here in gallery.

Best of luck! I really hope there is something that could be done here because these displays should be built to last long and in my case they have but maybe I'm just lucky.
