Hi,

I got the One UI 3 update last month on my Note 10+ and after that My Files app not showing anything in the Data and Obb folders. Other folders related to many apps aren't showing any files in them also. Any docx or other file is not showing in My Files app after saving. I don't know if it's a bug that is not fixed. If someone knows about it please give a reply.

Thanks.

Hi Bhushan, Starting from Android 11, data access under the Android/data/package name is impossible due to a restriction of new Android OS, so 3rd party app icons in folder cannot be provided anymore.

This is so not true.  Please, when providing answers, at least provide real answers.  Samsung's stupid **bleep** files app won't show them, but if you download some other apps like solid explorer, you can access atleast some of them (if not all - i haven't extensively tested it yet).  This whole business is upsetting.  Do not hide stuff from users in the first place.  Do not spread misinformation to people in the second place
