Ordered replacement S pens and they won't connect to S9 note

check to see if you S Pen Remote is highlighted under the top menu panel. Then Reboot the phone.

Try follow below steps:
- Insert your new S Pen into your Note 9
- Click Settings
- Click Advanced Features
- Click S Pen
- Click S Pen Remote
- Click 3 dots at top right corner
- Click Reset S Pen
After few seconds, it will ready to use.

no sir .. reset pen .. added new pen .. have 2 .. both won't connect .. samsung knock off's I guess

i am assuming you ordered the spen with bluetooth.

tallman's recommendation is sound.

other options in case problem persists:

- unpair all bluetooth devices
- reset network settings if the above did not help

You have 2 new spens and one S9, correct?

 

what happened to the original spen that made you buy replacements?

 

 

To isolate the problem, thus determining root cause, I suggest test spens on  another s9 or any samsung model that uses the same spen.     The problem could be with your s9.
