- Click Settings
- Click Advanced Features
- Click S Pen
- Click S Pen Remote
- Click 3 dots at top right corner
- Click Reset S Pen
After few seconds, it will ready to use.

what happened to the original spen that made you buy replacements?
To isolate the problem, thus determining root cause, I suggest test spens on another s9 or any samsung model that uses the same spen. The problem could be with your s9.
