If the Android Pie beta is anything to go off of there will be no Android 10 beta in Canada for any device. Nothing is confirmed yet but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Android 10 beta is available ONLY in Europe for the S 10, not sure in North America

it certainly won't happen in Canada.. as the consumer market is too small for Samsung.
