The S Pen make a sound when we detach it or attach it back in our Note devices, and in the system settings that sound can't be changed. But using an app called S Pen Toolbox (Play Store Link), you can change the sounds for when detaching or attaching. I change the sound for when I detach the S Pen to the sound of a Star Wars Lightsaber turning on, and set the sound to Star Wars Lightsaber turning off when I attach it back. There's also a few other option which I don't use.
There's also another app called S Pen Keeper, it let's setup a notification sound if you ever walk away with your Note without the S Pen in it (Play Store Link)
Totally forgot about the toolbox when I got the Note 8. Used to use it on the Note 2. Not so much after as my phone is in silent mode most of the time. lol
Yes I know the option is already available, it was also available on my Note 9, but S Pen Keeper let's you change the notification sound, that's what I ment when I mentioned it above.
