No fast charging

I am facing an strange issue with my note 10 plus. My phone is not picking up the fast charge even from the original  charger and cable. Even tried with another note 10 plus charger and cable, the problem still persists. Fast charging feature is ON in the settings.  

Do anyone have any idea about it ? I am frustrated.

Check in Settings - Device Care - Battery - Fast Charging - Toggle it On if it's Off (Your device's Device Care may not look the same as mine - I'm running One UI Beta v2.0) 🐧

how long does it take to charge your Note10 with Fast charging enable ?

From what Battery percentage does it take apx 1 hour to charge to 100%?

If you pull down on the Notification Panel - Under Settings - Do you see "fast charging"?

Because I don't know why you are thinking that your device is not Fast Charging?

Yes i know. it shouws fast charge when we charge the phone. but not in my case

this is the time it took with fast charging to get 100 % so your Note 10+ is ok
if you disable fast charging it will take you 2 hours to get 100 %

Then there's a couple of things you can try - Open Samsung Members app on your phone - Open the Interactive Diagnostics and check the USB Port / Charging - If that comes back as normal - Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset - If you still can't get Fast Charging with the OEM USB cable & Charging Block - Visit a Samsung Service Centre 🐧
