Note 20 ultra screen freeze

So I factory reset my note 20 ultra to give to wife to use we set it back up but are facing issues.
So apps and games the touch screen will freeze up.
For example the game will still work but any tabs or buttons that are on the screen can't be pushed. 
I can drag down the notification bar no problem.
Also if I press the power button to turn screen off then back on the touch on the screen is working again.

Also sending a text message while typing the screen will do a fast glitch/flicker and the keyboard will go away but then I can click back on keyboard and all is fine again.

To mention I've had the phone for 7 months now and it's been perfect up until I did the factory reset and then after reset I did the September security update before setting phone up.

I've cleared cache I've factory reset the phone 3 times now but still doing it.

Could it be software related and how would I go about reinstalling the software?
I have unlocked note 20 ultra purchased from Samsung Canada.

The 3 letters refer to the Carrier, ie: Rogers is "RWC".

So unlocked version from Samsung would be CAD?

No, because you still have a SIM from a Canadian Carrier, and all Canadian Carrier's phones since 2017 are unlocked.

So you need to use code that is associated with your Carrier.

As I said Rogers is RWC, which Carrier are you with?

I switch between fido and public mobile on this phone

So you can enter whatever the 3 letter code is for Public Mobil or probably even Fido's or Rogers.

I checked on sammobile.com, and usually they have listings for the all the major Canadian Carriers, but for some reason this morning they are only showing Firmware for Virgin?

If you have Frija installed on your computer & you can find the 3 letter code for Public Mobile, it's probably better to use that.

Yes i do have Frija installed. Where do I go to find the 3 digit codes on there?

If you have the Public Mobile SIM installed in your phone, go to Settings > About Phone > Software Information & at the bottom you'll see what's in my screen shot. Where it has RWC on my phone, use the 3 letters that you see on your phone.

So now I see what's exactly happening. When I'm in an app say I'm holding it landscape mode the screen will go to change to portrait very quick then back to landscape.
It does it on all apps and while sending a text I have orientation locked to portrait mode and even apps that are only normally work in the 1 mode it will go to switch then go back quickly.

Any ideas?

No, no, no. 

It's an issue from Samsung Messages app. The device doesn't need to be examined by anyone. 

This issue has been reported by several people here & a workaround has been posted as well. 

Samsung's Messaging app is causing the issue when it's asking to agree to Chat features mostly. 

It's causing Blinking & UI Glitches. 

The workaround is to DISALLOW Samsung Messages app to "Appear on Top" in Settings.
