Galaxy NoteWhile using my galaxy note 8, the display gets faded. First i thought it was something with the night mode. but when i checked, it was not that, I reset my settings and nothing changed. Its more dull that when we put the blue light filter to maximum. The colours are not visible. It becomes normal after 1 or 2 minutes. I checked the display by dialing *#0*# and in that everything seemed normal. What should i do? Please help. I thought it might be only my problem, but here many have raised the same issue. So, it might be something for samsung to take action. Please reply, It looks very odd when someone is looking at my phone seeing this dull screen.

Galaxy NoteHi,
I believe I have the same issue as OP but this solution did not work. Seems to be a hardware problem, as whenever the device is charging it happens more often. Noted that during summer it also became a frequent problem, but during autum it was less prominent. Now in winter we turn on the heater and wouldn't you kno... It started happening again. It seems to me this may be something related to overheating... But I could be mistaken anyways. I also noticed the problem seems to happen when transitioning to black more often than when transitioning to white. Not sure if that is any indicator.
Thanks!

Galaxy NoteThe system cache partition stores temporary system data. It's supposed to allow the system to access apps more quickly and efficiently, but sometimes things get cluttered and outdated, so a periodic cache clearing can help make the system run more smoothly.
Try Kinsley suggestion and tell us if it works
