i had this green icon with question mark on it that said 'user manual' which i think was note 8 user manual. i removed shortcut from main page but on app list I dont see it anywhere. I can access that manual page on website but was getting a bit annoyed how I can create that green icon again with white question mark for user manual. Is this web quick access or something?
It's a web quick access. You can still find it, it's just in the settings menu now, if you scroll down to the bottom of the settings menu you'll find it there.
