note 9 screen

Hi! I got my note 9 two days ago. When I clean the screen, I get a popping sound, or a kind of candy wrapper sound. Not pressing very hard, just wiping from about the middle to the bottom. Is this normal for the screen size? Or should I swap it out for a new one?

You don't have any screen protector installed? If you don't - No that is NOT normal! I'd definitely exchange it for a new device.

Good to hear - I'd strongly recommend that you do get a screen protector - Whitestone Dome Tempered Glass is probably the best available - It's a bit pricey but it's what I'm using & definitely worth it in my opinion 👍🙂
