So I bought a refurbished note 20, on the second day of owning it I've noticed that the screen will flicker. Sometimes mildly sometimes it flickers a lot. Sometimes not at all.
I've tried so many things to resolve this issue hard reset, changing display settings, changing Samsung messaging settings, and even factory resetting the phone. The issue persists. I read if you could screen record it then it is a software glitch. I was able to record it with my screen recording function, which makes me think it's just software.
I'm just wondering if anyone else ran into this issue? I just don't want it to randomly go downhill fast or something .

If you are able to return it, do so. it's almost certainly a hardware issue.

Yes I will. I contacted the company they say it has a one year warranty. Reebelo is where I got it.

Possibly a hardware issue. I never had a similar problem with my Note 20 Ultra, which I used for almost five years.

He said that he is able to return it.. it's most likely to be a hardware issue, so downloading some apk.. not to mention that the suggestions are coming from someone who does not understand how VoLTE works..

I just bought this phone 1 day ago so still warranty. I am waiting for them to get back to me. I don't want to do anything to void the warranty. I turned the brightness up and changed a couple more settings Google suggested. It seems it's OK for now. But we'll see.. it will probably come back.

Please know what you are talking about!

Rooting will VOID the warranty in North America, and in a number of other countries as well. Only some countries in Europe and the EU, where Consumer Protection Laws are stronger, can you Root without losing the Warranty.

adb or Shizuku don't, but price not because of what you think.

They are better off to replace the device if they are able to.

Because of Locked Bootloaders on current Samsung Snapdragon devices, you aren't going to get asked if your device is Rooted, because it cannot be Rooted.

You don't use adb to Root, you Flash a Custom Boot .img

adb is NOT Rooting.

Hi kenny3420,

We are sorry to hear this issue from you and appreciate your efforts in performing the possible troubleshooting steps.

If the issue persists, since you have mentioned that you have informed the seller and considering their return policies could be the best option.

Thank you.

Return it ASAP. Clearly it wasn't properly repaired
