Hi ya Folks, My note 9 just starting to shutdown by itself when in lock mode on the always on display screen...the blue led indicator starts to blink as well..When I'm working on the cell it works perfectly and it doesn't shutdown.. I have seen some folks on forums that are experiencing the same issue.. Any takes?
well I went to my service provider here videotron, and they gave me a new note9 without even touching or looking at my old one... like no further questions asked...After 2 month of having the phone... My birthday was 3 month ago..lol but I think that's coming from Samsung and not the service provider..Samsung advise them on certain model exchange right away on certain conditions..
