Hi, after updating Note10+ firmware N975FXXU7FUH3/ N975FOXM7FUH3/ N975FXXU7FUH3 today, my tiktok camera has been acting up. It changes brightness, shift white balance and focus by itself. Pls see the video below as an example. I tried clearing caches for tiktok and also my samsung camera app but i still have this problem. Any solutions?

In case you weren't aware, you're posting on the Canadian Samsung Members, & your device is the International Exynos variant.

But you can try Booting into Recovery and wipe cache, as you say that you've already cleared cache for TikTok & the camera, but you may also want to clear data for both & Reboot. See if that helps.

Hi, could you please uninstall and reinstall the app and check if the issue still persists?

Hi lbdung201, Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and check if the issue still persists. Here are the steps.

- Turn off the device.

- tap and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then tap and hold the Power key.

- When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.

- An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.

- tap the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.

- tap Power key to select.

- tap the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and tap the Power key to select. - When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

- tap the Power key to restart the device.
