The Carrier you are with is irrelevant.
Your device is TENTATIVELY scheduled to receive the One UI V4.0 update in December, but there's been recent delays, starting with the S21 series, which was supposed to receive it November 23rd, and received it December 6th instead.
None of the Carriers are showing a specific date in December, IF it happens in December..?
