I'm just wondering if anyone else is having issues with their Note 20 Ultra, or any samsung device with Gorilla Glass Victus, Scratching unbelievably easily, I haven't dropped the phone, it's less than 30 days old, and the screen has been scratched like crazy by putting it into, and taking it out of my pocket.

Heck I was just using my Spen on the phone and noticed scratches formed on the glass because of it. I've never experienced an issue like this with a Samsung device.

And no, it is not the screen protector. The plastic one that came on the phone bubbled at the top and I took it off, the same day I did was when these issues started. I want to assume that this is just a defective product, what with the advertising about how good the glass is. The stylus shouldn't scratch it, let alone the fabric of my pants pocket.

Are you sure the scratches are not on the screen protector that the phone came with pre-installed?

Something doesn't add up. The Spen can't scratch a screen like that nor putting it in and out of pocket.

Yeah I agree it shouldnt, but I haven't dropped the thing and I've never had an issue with any other samsung device, some of the deeper more noticeable scratches amaze me, but the only wear this phone has experienced is going into and out of my pocket, the millions of tiny scratches most of which cannot be seen in that picture, (but are rather noticeable when using the phone) are from the SPen, at least as far as I can tell, I was testing it yesterday and after drawing circles around on the screen, I now have little scratches in the form of circles / half circles. I love this phone, but the Gorilla Glass it uses doesn't seem to be up to the task. I've found alot of other threads of people talking about this phone and other phones with Gorilla Glass Victus, and having issues with it scratching easily. But there are people that have had no issue at all, what I'm curious about is if maybe it's a bad batch of Glass or something like that

Just hard to believe that Victus glass could scratch so easily. I still have the screen protector that came with the phone on my S21 Ultra and i toss that phone around alot, in and out of pockets all the time and all i have is tiny micro scratches on the protector, hardly noticeable. Guess i will be putting a tempered glass screen protector as soon as i remove the original one.

I'd definitely recommend it, the Victus seems to be hit or miss, there are a couple threads on the note 20 ultra and the S21 scratching easily, and the only thing I can think of is that it's the Gorilla Glass Victus (potentially a bad batch or something?) I had a Galaxy A8 and never had any issue with scratching. I've had that since it was released.

That is without the screen protector, the plastic one that it came with bubbled up at the top and I was like "I've got one on order, I'm sure the Gorilla Glass will be fine for a week"
