notification toggle for mobile data

This is rediculous that Samsung Note 8 doesn't have toggle to turn off mobile data from the notification centre itself.
Google pixel 2 and 2xl has it why Samsung Note 8 doesn't?

As has been discussed numerous times - It's not Samsung - It's the Carriers that are to blame.
The solution is to use adb (which has also been posted on Samsung Members numerous times) 🐧
