I have a note 8, recently, the notification light and numbers of messages are not showing at all, I have to click on the icon to check if I have messages? Can someone tell me if this is caused by the update? If not, how can I fix this? I tried the notification settings, but nothing help?
Shouldn't be an issue caused by any OTA - Did you check the Notification settings for the specific app - ie: Samsung Messages - Is it set to "silent & minimized" or just "no notification"?
thank you for the feedback, I have double, three, four check, everything is set ON, but nothing happened, I even tried to restart the phone but still not helping!!
