Why dont we have the object eraser for Note 20 Ultra with the new One UI 3 update?

In the unpacked today they said the One UI 3 has this option of object eraser where u can edit your pictures by removing unwanted people in the background. So is it only for S21 series?

It could be on OneUI 3.1. S21 is using OneUI 3.1, not 3.0.
