Pen Up not starting

Anyone else not able to.open PenUp?  Not sure why it stalls out on the first screen.

I have no issues of Pen Up on my Note 8 with recent Pie update. Try clearing the app cache and data to see if that might clear it up.

tried that...still not opening. I have recently deleted a bunch of apps to create space. so I know it's not that.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If that doesn't work either, boot into recovery and wipe the cache partition. Hopefully that will clear it up.

I will try that now. it maybe the fact I just got the pie update...not sure.

What exactly happens when you open the app? Can you show us a screenshot? Did you try on your mobile data or on your WiFi?

if you  uninstall /instal  did you lose your drawing or something like that cause i want to try that
