I play call of duty mobile in my note 10 plus. I try to play at highest graphics settings but 10 minutes in the game and phone freezes and make a long beep sound. I have to turn off the phone and restart. Is there anyway I can prevent the phone from freezing while playing game?

Sounds like it's overheating. Have you tried lowering the settings see if it goes longer without freezing?

yes I lowered the settings and it runs smoothly but it's very low settings and the low graphics are not as good. What is the 12GB RAM gonna do when I have to play a game at low settings. It got good RAM but RAM management **bleep**

it's not about the RAM, it's about overheating the CPU/GPU. something is causing a lockup, and it appears that taxing the chips causes a lockup. there's not a lot you can do in this case I think. the phone just isn't capable to remove the extreme heat generated by the high graphics.

Hi @Akshar812,
When you use features or apps that require more power or use them for extended periods, your device may temporarily heat up due to increased battery consumption. Close any other running apps.
Please do the clear cache and data of the Call of duty app.
Go to settings>>Apps>>Select the Call of Duty app>> Storage>>Clear cache and Clear Data.
Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.
If the issue persists, you can do the wipe cache partition of the phone by following below steps and check if it works, get back us with the results.
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Bixby / Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then and press the Bixby / Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.
