chmultimedia that certainly was not the day Canadian carriers sent the update to customers over the air. simply Google when the s7 was updated in Canada to 7.0 you will see June 11 as the date. I am not talking about the day samsung released to carriers. simply to end users (clients).

Nevermind man, you're not getting the point to be honest, it doesn't matter if its android 1.0 or 20.0, doesn't matter if it's called android pie or android nougat. My whole point was since I have purchased the Note 4, in canada, on my phone, no beta testing, no rooting, an offical OTA update to a new OS version has never happened before the release of a new phone model. So now we see what happens on Feb 7 for the s9.
