Yeah its pretty hard to root our phones with the locked bootloader there is a way with sprint firmware but that's too much work for me. I'm sure the guys and xda with figure out an easier way.

we have the radio tuner on our phones but I don't think Canadian providers will unlock it being there so dam data hungry to get money out of us!

This doesn't work on my Note 7. For me, it functions as a hard limit. The warning still shows when I try to raise the volume past the threshold. But if i turn this on and set it to anything other than max, that's my hard limit. It will not let me increase the volume past that point.
