Morning and yes I know it might be a silly question, but if you request a swap for the Note20ultra,  will it be another brand new? Or will they hand over someone else's return lol? How can I tell? 

I am going in just cuz am a little worried now with a couple things and I want to make sure before my 14 days is up. Thanks all. You guys here are awesome BTW!

Before the 14 days, you can request a brand new unit. I'm going to do that tomorrow, the video issue is too annoying

as @GG2 says, we hope that the new units don't have the same issue..

Check if the demonstrator in the store have the same problem than yours..
Did you finally go to the store yesterday to check why it was flickering ? ( google app problem) ?
Camera 5X Landscape problem, what else ?

Not sure there's a magical password. I'd just explain that your unit has many issues and you want to exchange it with another one. Bring everything with you, receipt, the box, the accessories...
