My note 8 want to connect to my computer,is that programmed into my phone or something  that got installed by virus or other App.

I'm not sure what your asking ... you can plug your phone into the computer and there is a notification that pops up and that's normal... is that what you're asking?

No, a few times an icon is on the notification saying that the the phone is trying to connect to your computer

I think that is "Your Phone Companion" app. I have that message too when I first turn on my phone. You can click disconnect to cancel it. I think this is a bug.

ok that's sorta normal... try a different cord.. it sounds like you phone keeps disconnecting and then reconnecting automatically to you computer

oooooooooooo you're not even connected to a computer, it's just showing the notification like @Tallman said
