S pen

I havent been using my pen for a while but when i tried using it today the pointer doesnt even show on my screen and it seems like the pen isnt functioning. Any tips on how to calibrate the pen?

Hi clo06uds,

Can you check the following:

1) Do you have the S pen icon on the top right?

2) Is your S pen enable?
Go to Settings→ Advanced features→ S Pen→ Air Action
Make sure is turn on

3) Also, please check
Settings→ Advanced features→ S Pen→ Pointer
Make sure it is enable too.

hello.. yes i have all 3 turned on

Open Samsung Members app. Tap "Get help" at the bottom of the screen. Select "Interactive Checks" and then select "S Pen". Test and see if it sees the S Pen. There are 2 tests it performs. Touch and hover.
