SOLUTION: stop the message pop up

for those who want to stop the messaage from samsung and your carreer poping up " its mandatory blahblah"
just download FROM GALAXY APPs, the app called: Good lock
it will automaticaly stop that message, it will only change your top slide menu;
at first sight it will change things in your display phone but you can easly change then all in the settings app ( in routines>> default, lockedscreen & advanced), ;)!! THE BEST, THE APP CONES FROM SAMSUNG SO ITS 100% Secure

Yeah I used it on my note 5 it's pretty good! I downloaded it on my S7 also
