using a Note 7 is pretty crass at this point. They've done the investigation and determined it's a flaw in the design. So you haven't had problems (yet), but the flaw indicates most units will encounter a problem. Being cavalier about still using that phone is really being cavalier about the fact that you don't care that you're presenting an unknown danger to the people around you. You risk not only losing the investment should your phone eventually blow, but you also risk huge negligence suits if anyone else gets hurt. If you know something has been deemed dangerous but you expose others to that risk without their knowledge... Dang.
