i have a buch of tiny surface scratches from normal use just in and out of my pocket, one slightly deeper than others. I've tried multiple glass screen protectors and they all make the note 8 almost unusable. the most recent one cracked so now I'm back to using none.

anyone got any tips on how to get them out and prevent them?

You can try Whitestone Dome Tempered Glass - Apparently because it uses a full screen adhesive - the adhesive fills in micro scratches?
Personally I never used any device before I installed a Tempered Glass screen protector and a good case 🐧

No degradation in Touch Sensitivity on my S9+ with the Whitestone Dome - On my S8+ I'm using Spigen Tempered GLAStR and it isn't full screen adhesive - and it's not bad... I tried the Bodyguardz Pure Arc on the S9+ but I didn't like the loss of screen sensitivity with it 🐧

Why did it got scratches tho. I'm using S8+ for over a year now , without any protector as I hate to cover the curve glass. Absolutely no mark. It's Gorilla Glass 5, I don't expect it to get any scratch at all. You shouldn't be getting any scratches either.

I've heard plenty of complaints of GG5 scratching more easilly. Not just with Samsung but other manufacturers as well. Seems like GG5 is a softer material meaning it is a little easier to scratch, but in theory more shatter resistant.

@zicdeh In regards to WhiteStone, they claim in their FAQ that the their LOCA adhesive should cover and fill minor cracks and scratches.
