Unable to see swipe down panel

All the sudden am unable to see swipe down menu and notification panel. I have attached screenshot for reference and I have already wiped partition cache and restarted. Thanks in advance

Try the follwing things to reverse it:

1. Try to choose default quick settings theme from quick star app(a good lock
extension)

or do uninstall quick star app to reverse this change (try to locate that extension/app inside of goodlock app)!

2. if that doesnot work try to chose default system theme inside of galaxy themes app!


**Also, u may have only done wipe cache! since wiping or doing factory reset will make you lose all phones data and doing so is not recommeneded for this simple thing actually!

Apparently it can be a problem with the Samsung Launcher if you are using GoodLock's QuickStar - Try turning QuickStar OFF & see if you have the same problem...
I'm using Nova Launcher & don't have any issues.

Thanks to both of you it actually worked all I did was clicked on different theme Quickstart and clicked on it again to to unmark it

and as always Samsung service rep answer was to uninstall third party apps 🙄
