Hello, I'm a user who uses Galaxy Note 10 Plus. It's been about a year since I bought it, and we bought Care Plus together. I don't remember exactly, but I remember paying about 180 dollars.
And last year, the windshield was broken once, so I could repair it right away by connecting it to a nearby place. But I remember paying more than 100 dollars at that time.
And recently, there was another problem with my cell phone.
I couldn't hear the speaker loud and I couldn't clean the lower floor. The lower right corner of the screen did not work.
So I'm calling Samsung Care Plus at 1-877-69-1356 for consultation today.
I was so angry while talking to Nick, the counselor.
I bought Care Plus for 180 dollars, and the second request is Nick's request for 120 dollars. That person.
I'll send you an empty box, so if you send it again, you can wait for 5 to 7 days and get it back.
I was so angry that I yelled at the counselor.
If you were me, would you buy Careplus for 180 dollars? I didn't know exactly how to repair it, how can I charge 120 dollars?
And it's only been about a year, so does it make sense to tell customers not to use it for a week because they don't have a temporary phone to lend?
Can you stay for a week without a phone call?
I don't understand why Samsung sells these services.
Is this the service Samsung pursues?
I don't think so at all.
Because I live in Canada now, but I have experienced the best Samsung service while living in Korea for the past 50 years.
Do you think people who are in an important position in Samsung are aware of this problem? What if I knew?
I'm worried about Samsung's future through these services.

I used Galaxy Note 1, Note 2, Note 4, Note 8, Note 10, and I'm very disappointed.
It's much better to get insurance at Costco than Samsung Care Plus. We can get 5 free screen replacements for 2 years.
I believed in Samsung's name and believed in the service experience in Korea for a long time, but I am very disappointed.

This post is very confusing. What exactly is the issue you are having with your mobile device?

I can't touch the lower right side of the screen. And the speaker down there is a lot of noise and the sound is breaking.

I would best recommend to go to the store where you bought the phone, ask for a temporary loaner and have the current phone sent out for diagnostic and repair. Also if there is a Samsung Experience Store near by, you can also visit them as well.

You obviously never read the terms of Samsung Care when you signed up for it. It states that to get anything fixed under the insurance will cost you $100 plus unfortunatly

Your first mistake was to buy any warranty. Most people can get away with the credit card extended warranty unless you didn't buy it outright.
