Galaxy SSo heres some coles notes;
Got the phone in june from walmart (telus)
Had issues from the start had to fight with telus who have done nothing and the ccts has now started their investigation into this.
Samsung replaced the motherboard not even 2 months into contract.
I would lose signal miss calls wifi would switch screen would pixelate when switching between tabs in web browsing. Messages would appear out of sync like replies. Just overall not a quality product that Ive always recieved with samung.
Got UI 5 it was okay for about 2 weeks.
Woke up thos morning to my messages app icon beig different. Check update history

My mother was getting media messages thay I sent her 2 days ago.
Basically started resending her all of the pcitues i had sent her from the last week.
Even now as im typing this put the cursor and screen is jumping up and down and flickering.
Has anyone had sinilar issues since the update.
Is smasung planning a recall?!
Everything in my house is samsung.
Tv sound bar fridge stove dishwasher washer dryer
At this point my S8 actually is more stable and reliable.
Going post a avideo to show the screen jump.
I hate this phone

Hahhah no issues ? Is that why the mother board was replaced already? Or why my phone doesnt recieve calls randomly?
Is normal to not have a google update since july but my UI 5 update forces me to update apps that i can find in google ...
Please tell me thats a google issue. Since you run there OS on your chipset.
Is there are a laundry list of issues with the s 22 series and the problems arent isolated.
But thank you for posting a link on how to back up and factory reset my phone.
I clearly needed that information.
This response is like calling twch support ans being asked if you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in..

I am with Telus and so far no issues. Started use with 22 ultra as soon as it was released.
