When you take a photo of a group of people, sometimes some people's faces do not get recognized, so it's not added for when you search that person
Is there a way to add who is in the picture?

Use the Pro setting to adjust the tab on the very right highlighted yellow. It'll tell you what's it going to do briefly. I don't know entirely. All I know is there's those 3 settings to make the change.
Ya also hard if you have group of people just waiting for their picture to be taken.

Galaxy SHi Nabeel000,
If a face isn’t recognized, open the photo, tap the menu or Edit, and select the option to manually tag faces.
Once tagged, those photos will link to that person in the "People" section.
Google Photos: Go to the photo, swipe up or tap the three dots for details, then select Add a face. Assign it to an existing person or create a new one.
Please ensure your camera is set to the highest resolution to capture finer details.
Thank you.
