I paid well over $1,500 for my S10, and I am being constantly being combadlrded with advertisements in some apps that are built into my phone. This makes the user experience feels cheap, and makes apps feel like they were poorly designed by children. I've always enjoyed Samsung devices, but if these ads continue this will be my last and I will be switching back to Apple. Come on team' enough with the Ads!

I've been saying almost the same thing everytime this topic has been brought up this week. samsung needs to remove the banner ads from their services. us customers don't want to see them, these ads they are intrusive and ugly A.F and full of useless garbage that we don't want to see. so that being said I don't believe when moderators give their response of "samsung's commitment to provide quality products and user experience" seems like B.S to me.

samsung seems more interested in lining their greedy pockets with money then our user experience. samsung would have maybe gotten away with it at $400 devices but not when the cheapest S line devices are $1000 and made of plastic.

so samsung you can continue to P.F your customers and force your B.S ads and make the S line of phones $400. or continue to make your over priced s line of devices and rip off your customers and just remove the ads completely from your apps and services.

2019 samsung was peak samsung. 2020 samsung is cheap and overvalued. Plastic phones that cost 1300 dollars, weird pricing schemes, and now ads baked right into the software.

I have no clue what the hell samsung is doing, and what makes them think its smart, but after my S10e I'm done.

Whenever people ask for my opinion on galaxy devices I tell them they're overpriced, filled with ads, and they should get an iPhone due to its better value and premium hardware and hardware.

I agree. If these issues aren't resolved soon myself and many others will happily leave the Samsung Ecosystem.

Even if Samsung is just following the industry trend, it's still not acceptable. Apple and Google only put ads in their App Store. I am okay with Samsung doing the same with Galaxy Store. However, none of them except Samsung puts ads in weather, health, music, Samsung pay apps, which are just disgusting. Some of them are even intrusive full screen ads. Samsung's flagships are the most expensive among them, but somehow they have to resort to ad revenue???

You noticed the full sized ADS, too? I can't adjust the size nor get rid of them... S20+ not worth it
