Galaxy SSince you have already Wiped Cache & Factory Reset your phone.. you can try similar on your vehicle..
Other than that, if it's an issue with One UI V6.1.1, you can wait for a fix in the next update, or revert to One UI V6.1.

Galaxy SWell, you need to know what you are doing.
You need to download Platform-Tools, Odin & the CORRECT Samsung Firmware to your computer.
Put the phone into Download Mode & Flash the 4 .tar files from the extracted zip.
It's not like Uninstalling & Reinstalling an app from the Play Store.

Galaxy SHi kingsman007,
It sounds frustrating that you're experiencing stuttering and freezing with Android Auto after the One UI 6.1.1 update on your S22 Ultra and appreciate your efforts in trying all the necessary troubleshooting steps to solve the issue.
Please make sure Android Auto and Google Play Services are updated to their latest versions, as these updates often include fixes for compatibility issues.
Also, update your Google Maps and other apps that integrate with Android Auto, since they could cause instability if outdated.
If your car’s system hasn’t been updated recently, check with your car’s manufacturer to see if there’s an update available for better compatibility with the new Android Auto version.
Thank you.
