Annoying bug in notification Panel

This video shows the bug on notification panel. There are chances when I try to swipe up the notification panel, it will just keep scrolling. Even tho I try to swipe it from the very bottom of the screen, it will just keep scrolling until into the bottom of notification, that is where I will be able to swipe away the notification panel. And this always happen also while the keyboard is activated and you swiped down to the notification panel.

What device do you have? 

If it's a device running One UI V6.1, it's possible that you need to set up the Navigation Gestures. From what you are saying, it SOUNDS like maybe you have Side Gestures enabled?

I only have onehand operation and yes i am using s23u with oneui 6.1

In Settings > Display > Navigation Gestures.

The bottom one, is Gestures from the Bottom & SIDES of the screen, which kind of explains what is happening on your device.

Try using Bottom Gestures ONLY.

I don't get what u are trying to prove

Not trying to prove anything.. Only asking if SIDE and Bottom Gestures were enabled. If side Gestures were also enabled, that might explain some of what you are describing. 

I only have bottom Gestures enabled, and I don't experience any issues with the Notification Panel.

They are enable.
But as I said, i mixed things with onehand oparation too

I'm not sure, but I suspect that is the issue for you. 

I don't use Side Gestures, or One Hand Operation.

I do use LMT & Swiftly Switch, but neither of them affect the Notification Panel.
