Answer calls by saying "pick up phone"

I remember seeing this feature when I was exploring my new Galaxy phone a while back (like a week ago) and I didn't enable it because I didn't realize just now much it would have been useful for me. Fast forward to now, I have ZERO idea where I ended up clicking to get to that point, all I know was that it was in the phone all settings. I looked all over all the settings, everything but I just cannot find it! If someone out there knows where it is, I would very much appreciate that.

P.S. It's not in the "Answering and Ending Calls", I checked everything there and there's no option for that.

Are you talking about "Answer phone"? That is under Bixby. See my screenshot.
